Important information about Pulsar Money, third-party services, displayed currencies, digital assets, stablecoins, and Earn.

Pulsar Money SRL is a Romanian technology company that develops and operates the Pulsar Money app and related software interface. Pulsar is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, card issuer, crypto-asset service provider or custodian.

Certain financial, card, payment, stablecoin, crypto-asset, wallet, on/off-ramp, exchange, transfer, Earn or other features available through the Pulsar app may be provided by third-party providers under their own terms, eligibility requirements, fees, limits, regulatory permissions and disclosures. Where a regulated service is involved, the responsible authorised provider, issuer, programme manager, regulator, country scope and applicable terms will be identified in the relevant Feature Schedule and Provider Terms before first use.

Amounts displayed in EUR, USD or another reference currency may represent stablecoins, digital assets, provider balances, smart-account balances, wallet assets or other supported assets or entitlements. A displayed EUR or USD amount does not automatically mean that the user holds fiat currency, a bank deposit, electronic money or a claim against Pulsar.

Digital assets, stablecoins and DeFi/Earn features involve risk, including possible loss of principal, depeg, liquidity, smart-contract, network, issuer, provider and regulatory risks. Earn is not a bank deposit or guaranteed savings product. No deposit guarantee or insurance applies unless expressly stated in the applicable feature disclosure.
