NEW YORK. Pulsar Money, the multi-currency stablecoin app, today announced it will go live on Arc, the stablecoin-native Layer-1 blockchain engineered by Circle, as one of the first consumer personal finance apps on Arc (now in testnet). Pulsar is a multi-currency stablecoin app focused on the European market and built around MiCA-compliant stablecoins and regulated partner infrastructure.

In practice, Pulsar lets someone hold digital dollars, euros and pounds as stablecoins in one app, swap between them instantly at near-zero cost, and spend any balance through a Visa card with reduced FX cost. The multi-currency swaps between USDC and EURC, stablecoins issued by Circle's regulated affiliates, and supported partner stablecoins for more fiat currencies are expected to be powered by StableFX, Circle's institutional-grade stablecoin FX engine.

Pulsar's virtual Visa cards are tied to non-custodial accounts and available to residents of 110+ countries, with swap and yield features expected to follow. Also on the roadmap are agentic payments: handing routine money tasks to an AI agent, for example converting euros to dollars when the rate moves in the user's favor, or paying a recurring bill from whichever balance is cheapest.

The partnership showcases how Arc's ecosystem can support a new generation of financial applications that combine stablecoin rails, AI-enabled execution, and access to onchain financial tools through a streamlined interface. For Arc, Pulsar is a consumer application designed to show how agent-grade infrastructure moves from protocol capability to everyday financial utility.

“Over the past months, we've been building Pulsar in close collaboration with a wider group of leading financial infrastructure teams to integrate with Arc. That shaped the product we're proud to bring to market: a consumer money app built around stablecoin payments, intelligent financial execution, and access to new onchain financial primitives. Building on Arc gives us the strategic foundation to push toward our mission of making money more efficient, more rewarding, and more personal.” Alex Radu, CEO of Pulsar Money
